1. About the Service
MenuNinja ("we", "us", "our") provides a web-based platform that lets cafés and restaurants create digital menus accessible via short links and QR codes. The service is available at menuninja.com and related subdomains.
2. Account Registration
To use MenuNinja you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or let others access it on your behalf.
3. Your Content
You retain full ownership of the menus, categories, items, descriptions, prices, and images you upload to MenuNinja. By using the service you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and serve your content to anyone who visits your menu link or scans your QR code.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you publish. We do not review or approve menu content before it goes live.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MenuNinja to:
- Publish content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
- Interfere with or disrupt the service, its servers, or its infrastructure.
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform.
5. Subscription & Billing
MenuNinja offers a Ninja PRO plan with a complimentary trial period. After the trial, continued access requires an active paid subscription. Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy, our third-party payment provider. We do not store your credit card details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly). You may cancel at any time from your account profile page or through the LemonSqueezy customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your subscription expires and is not renewed. Upon termination, your menus will no longer be publicly accessible.
7. Availability & Disclaimers
We strive to keep MenuNinja available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MenuNinja and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "effective date" at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
